Budget mobile lifeline provider approved 7 months ago never got phone Nationwide
was approved for lifeline by budget MobIle 8/31/2014. still haven't got phone. I've Sent 40 emails to cust service but always get same runaround. they keep saying I will receive phone in 10 bus. days. I've also received notice of inactivity do they will cancel account. I didnt even ask for this. a budget MobIle tent was outside my social service office . the budget rep offered free cell phone and serVice just by showing ebt card and number? and signing document. said phone would arrive in 10 days. it has not.
