Budget Mobile Pre-pay, inc. Pay for more mins, the payment went through but the mins didn't and when I went to call I could not get a hold of a live agent, it just hung up on me. Bossier City Nationwide

Around 7pm I paid with my mom debit card and she was present and made a purchased of 10 dollars plus tax that round about 11.01. The Website mention an error of the CVV code then I went back and typed everthing right, then I got got another error saying Fruad, but the aqision went through as a legit purchase on my mom's card, well when I went to make a call 30mins before they closed for the day and shock there was no longer an option to talk to a live agent anymore it just kept repeating the main menu and then hung up on me, what going on?
