We were recommended to Budget mortgage and called them to apply for a mortgage. We started speaking with a man Bill Soto that worked for Budget mortgage, he requested 1000.00 from us to process the mortgage.
He then left the company and our file was turned over to Olga Naranjo. She requested all of our information, check stubs, previous taxes etc..This was all supposed to be sent to the bank to process the application.
We called Olga a few weeks later to ask for an update and she told us she did not know and we should call the bank directly.

She gave us the phone number to the bank and we called them directly. We spoke with Sach at the bank whom advised us that Budget did not send any of the information that was requested from us.

We also had to send the bank a copy of the contract from the sellers lawyer as the one we provided to Olga Naranjo was never forwarded to Sach at Delta Funding.
On june 2 my finace, our lawyer, and the bank spoke with Denise at Budget Morgtage to confirm that we were closing on June 3rd. Budget Mortgage had no idea that we even had a closing date.

Sash of Delta Funding had to make further calls to Olga Naranjo and others to remind them what the situation was, which Olga Naranjo of Budget mortgage should have already been aware of being our so-called mortgage broker.
I can not believe that we were charged a fee for broker services when we actually acted as our own broker, especially at a ridiculous amount like 7000.00 USD.

The reason why we had to sign to agree to pay this is because I had to leave my apartment and my fiance also had to leave his aparment. The seller also had to close on a new house in 3 days and needed the money.
I have sent a letter to the president of the company asking them to justify how we can be charged for services that we completed ourselves and they can not.
I would like to do anything even if I can not get money back to try to not let these people do this to anyone else.I have a copy of the letter that I sent to them if you would like it.
Please let me know
Thank you

Dear Ms. Eder

We are in receipt of your letter dated June 04, 2003. We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced with your loan closing. At Budget Mortgage Bankers, we take great pride in our ability to properly and efficiently service the needs of our borrowers. Unfortunately, in your particular circumstance, we had to deal with the departure of the loan officer who initially handled your loan and the complications which resulted from the discontinuance of his employment. We have taken every measure that these complications will not occur again.

Our records indicate that you in fact received a breakdown of our charges at the closing and that those charges did not exceed the estimates previously supplied to you. However, we are enclosing another copy of the appropriate loan document for your records.

Once again, thank you for choosing Budget Mortgage Bankers.

Very truly yours,

Albert Rabizadeh
President

Well Mr Rabizadeh, Im glad you want everyone to think that your company did no wrong , sorry to say that is definitely not how it happened. I even have an apology letter from yourself regarding this situation. Maybe I should post it on here for everyone to see how sneaky you people are. Mr Soto even left your company during this whole situation( probably cause everyone else there is useless, numerous messages to the receptionist she didnt even know who Olga was, never received a call back after a message left) You even had to give us money back that we gave Mr Soto that he must have left with. It is all over and done with, but they do say, what goes around comes around, you keep screwing people im sure you will get screwed yourself one day.

BUDGET MORTGAGE BANKERS RESPONSE

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, November 24, 2004

In respone to your False Allegation, on Budget Mortgage Bankers posted on 7/14/03. First seen by Management on 11/23/04, we would like to refute the charges contained therein.

At Budget Mortgage Bankers, we take great pride in our ability to properly and efficiently service the needs of our borrowers. Unfortunately, in your particular circumstance, we had to deal with the departure of the loan officer who initially handled your loan and the complications, which resulted from the discontinuance of his employment.

Mr. Bill Soto had taken your application on January 31, 2003. On April 29, 2003 (3 months later) the seller attorney provided your attorney Mr.Demetrion with a copy of the Contract of Sale.

Our Loan Officer Ms. Olga Naranjo, had faxed over all the documents to Mr. Sash and had done all the follow-up required to process this loan. However, because of the fact you were desperate to have the loan closed at an earlier time than was possible, she had provided you with Mr. Sash telephone number at your request.

Our records indicate that you in fact received a breakdown of our charges at the closing and that those charges did not exceed the estimates previously supplied to you.

All for your information.

all I can say is that we all do the best we can when we are left a file/or asigned a file by our "Big Boss" sometimes we tell our clients exactly what it's like and some times we tell themm what we can do in extreme circumstances BUT we NEVER lead our clients in the wromg direction.

I pride myself in being one of those people that are here to help people not hurt them. If someone has a complaint then they should address it with the boss and i;m sure that something can be worked out. we are here to help not to hurt.

I'm proud to say that i'm proud of being a BUDGET MORTGAGE BANKER LOAN OFFICER.
