Complaint Review: Budget Rent A Car Alamosa Colorado

We drove 90 miles to pick up a rental car at Alamosa Budget Rent a Car. When we got there we noticed there was no compact car and nothing clean. We were met with hostility at the airport counter by a Stephanie who claimed to be the only one in charge, would NOT show any policies and was very rude. She was losing control and ordering us to leave, attracting attention to us which was dangerous in the present climate at the airports.

We called customer service to receive canned corporate responses to any questions or complaints. They would not honor a reservation and comments on many forums on the internet offer plenty of evidence to this fact from both former customers and present employees.
