Complaint Review: Budget Rental Car - San Antonio

Budget Rental Car in San Antonio on Perrin Beittel Road has a great scam working.  It goes like this: you rent the car and drive thru the tolls.  There is NOWHERE in the paperwork/contract that states you will pay fines for doing so.  There IS a sign on their wall that states you will be charged for all tolls.  Not a problem  I expect to pay my tolls.  The problem is they charge you an "Administrative Fee" of $25.  Okay, I can agree to that fee.  Now here's where they rip you off - they send you the tolls ONE AT A TIME and charge you $25 EACH TIME.  This is pure profit for them.  I rented a car from Friday to Monday.  This was 5 months ago.  I just received my 4th charge that includes a $25 Fee for tolls.  This is ridiculous.  Sending the tolls one at a time and tacking on $25 each time is a ripoff.  Stay away!  I am taking this to court and have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office for the State of Texas.
