Complaint Review: Budget Suites of America

Budget Suites of America Joe, the General Manager. Would not provide last name. Refused to return my deposit. Ft. Worth Texas

Refused to return my deposit after checkout due to apartment not being clean. The apartment was left in a clean condition with the exception of a third party's 2 to 3 pieces of clothing left for that third party. According to Joe, the General Manager, this constitutes a violation of the rental agreement and therefore, no return of deposit will be issued. when I questioned him further about an appeal process, he said there was none and that he made all the decisions regarding deposits. I ask him who the owner of Budget Suites is and he gave me the name Bigelow. I asked how I could contact Bigelow and he stated, "you can't." He then hung up on me. I feel ripped off because I don't believe I violated the rental agreement and it was just another way for Budget Suites to keep my deposit
