After living at Budget Suites for 7 weeks with a friend of mine she decided to go on tour and I told her to go ahead and take her name off the rental and I would continue it that was on a Thursday the date that the rent was due I did not have time that day to go and change the name on the rental. At 11:30 a.m. on Friday there was a hard pound on my door and the manager told me that he was locking me out in 30 minutes. I have PTSD and emotionally disturbed Sun and a service dog, I tried to talk to this man and he refused he said that I was not the tenant and to get out and yet I had been the one going in for weeks paying the rent and getting the rental receipts signed by me. I had a discussions with staff daily I bought my laundry card there and I was at the pool everyday visiting with the neighbors and yet this manager said that I was not recognized as a tenant there I even had gave them good reviews.

As they were locking me out the security guard assured me three times that my things would be safe these things I had for my retirement and for my son's disability they told me that I could not get my things until Perry was there the manager that was on a Friday he wasn't to be back till Monday on Sunday afternoon I was informed that they were throwing my stuff out into the dumpster when I got over there there was nothing of mine in the dumpster I went in and talked to the assistant manager Andrea three times trying to find out where my stuff was she finally told me that it was still in the apartment and they were putting it out and I had to have it off and bounce. A two-bedroom apartments worth of stuff out and bounce. I told her I wanted my TV out first so I would have help carrying it no TV ever came out my safe never came out my wet vac never came out my coin collection never came out my Blu-ray never came out my clothes never came out my son's clothes never came out my laptop never came out both of our tablets never came out 14 out of the 20 designer purses that I had never came out. I have witnesses stating that the maids took my purses and I know that my TV did not grow legs and walk out my big screen.

My son and I lived two days in a storage shed no food no shoes in fact I still have to Miss Matched flip flops to wear the rest of my possessions were thrown in bags of trash and food dumped on them I do have pictures my crystal was crashed and broken and our new puppy was released because I couldn't carry two dogs at the same time and I'm guessing she's dead because the pound doesn't have her. Let me tell you a few secrets about the budget Budget Suites half of the people there are not registered, there have been five murders in the last 4 months, and the reason they wanted are Apartments so bad was they have so many illegals that they are making a lot more money off of. The apartment next to ours had 6 adults and a lot more children and I bet you none of them are registered. My next step is to go to a real estate attorney and to an attorney that can put Perry in jail because this is theft anyway you look at it. Robert Bigelow is the owner of the corporation a self-made billionaire in Las Vegas a man that does not practice what he preaches his tenants are nothing more then money Robert get your head out of the space and realize it's Earth you live on now my son's medicine is in there and he needs it if anything happens to my son it's going to be a lot more than theft charges
