Budget Suites of America We a week stay for our son. they had us give them a deposit. they told us that we would receive our deposit back. we called them and they said wait 2 weeks. nothing came they were very rude and passed the phone around. this was not funny. they lied and took our money and said there is nothing they can do. we will never stay there. there were roaches everywhere Phoenix Arizona
Buget Suites of America did not give us a deposit back After we stayed a week. We called them over and over Just to get the phone passed around to each person that worked there. We were told that we would get our deposit back in 2 weeks. Another person said sorry there is nothing we can do and hung up on us. They got away with it. We will never stay there again. There were cockroaches every where. Just horrible. They should be held accountable for there unprofessional behavior. Signed Very dissatisfied.
