Complaint Review: Budget Van Lines

I moved from Tucson to Portland this June, my things were in storage while a new home was found. My Oriental rug was missing as well as my table leaf.  The value was well over 3K. It was also interstate. I complained , but nothing was ever done. The was no compensation for the rug nor the table leaf. 
I did not receive any attempt for compensation. The move was expensive and  a mirror was also broken. 
I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. They hire out contractors to complete the work, it is not the company . It is impossible to have any kind of customer service.
