BUDGET VAN LINES/ KOROL EXPRESS USA A MOVE TURNS OUT TO COST DOUBLE ? AVOID THESE 2 COMPANIES rockville, Maryland
Contracted with Budget vanlines for a move from NC to TX. Original quote was originally $906. Pick guy turned out to be russian moving line called Korol Express USA. He charged me for wrapping the matress which was included in the contract.
After pick up Ron claims to have weighed the truck and now it is going to cost $1538! We questioned this and we had left some items out and included some in from the original item list but it should never have been that much more in a million years.
I said I would pay up front for the whole move, bad mistake, as I wanted to charge it on my credit card.
He later calls and says there was a mistake made in the weighing of the goods and it was less and would give a $217 credit when the items were delivered.
Turns out another company contracted by Budget Van Lines delivered it and wanted $400 cash! I had already paid Korol Express up front.
Now Korol Express will not answer the calls.
This has been a terrible ordeal and I have been ripped off $617.
He said he would provided the weight on the documents sent with the delivery guys so we could check if he overcharged...but that never came, also Korol guys never did either. Its all a huge scam
Do youself a favor and learn from my mistake. Do not use these companies you will be very sorry.
