It's hard to know where to begin and I'll spare you all the details. In summary, in my case BVL and/or their actual physical moving contractors threatened theft of property, misrepresented weights, misrepresented property insurance, attempted to double rates by withholding property, gave property to two completely unknown third parties, delivered property incomplete, refused to take close dozens of my various calls and emails spread over a month and a half, made numerous unreasonable demands, took 6 weeks to deliver instead of five days, misrepresented nearly every aspect of this situation, lied repeatedly, were verbally confrontational, and the list goes on.

If my experience is a guide, BVL has little evident professional integrity and apparently does not care one iota about the customer. The GM apparently does nothing to manage an incompetent, evasive staff. My demands to speak with his superior were rejected. The owner has insulated himself entirely. Giving these people my money meant being left with virtually no recourse.

This outfit appears expert at screening calls to never returning messages, from stock answers to just ignoring you. Their method seems to be to demand your prepayment, give your stuff to anyone they please, and then forget about you. You may be hit with anything under the sun and then BVL can play dumb and ignore you for weeks.

I've spoken to the Attorney General's office in New York, to my local police and to New York City police, and the NTSB. Why isn't this operation investigated and put out of business?
