I was holding a confirmed reservation for accommodation (14 days) in Singapore with this company. They emailed me 2 days before my arrival to inform me that they had cancelled my booking. I have a suspicion (unconfirmed) that a client who was willing to stay longer made a booking or that they had double-booked.

I spent a whole day the next day trying to find alternative accommodation. It was too late, everywhere was booked up. I ended up staying way outside of the city and having to commute through the traffic on a daily basis and pay the taxi expenses for these 45 minutes journeys.

If you are coming from further away than me, you may already be in transit and without access to email when they cancel your booking too.

Do not book with these people. They show no remorse and have not entertained my request for refund of taxi fares.

When I complained, they claimed they were going out of business. Interesting, the site is still active, no news of their situation and bookings are still accepted online.
