BUDK Kennesaw Randomly CANCELS orders for no reason Moultrie Georgia
Budk, aka Kennesaw, randomly and for no reason, cancelled a $134 order, which was a birthday present for my 80 year old father. Then, they never sent a notice that the order was cancelled. My father's 80th birthday came... but no present from his son arrived.
Budk's "customer service" had no reason for the cancellation, other than their computer just randomly cancelled it. The service rep offered me a $5 discount on shipping to "re-send" the order. I had already agreed to pay $39.99 for next day shipping... did they think I really cared about a $5 credit for ruining my father's birthday?
Do yourself a favor and by QUALITY cutlery from a QUALITY company. BudK just sells dangerously sharp items to kids.
