Complaint Review: Budk

Budk Unknown, but one was a woman and the other two where men and the one was a supervisor. Lied about an ordered giving false information and also not honoring their own site's policy. (Which the supervisor contradicted himself and the company) Internet

Ok you wouldn't believe this, but I ordered on November during a special they had on Black Thursday which was a bogo deal they had on the items I have purchased from them here is the following.

I waited 7 -10 business days and wondered why it didn't show up and called up the number to Budk. When I did the lady on the other line told me that my security verification did not go through which is weird cause It should have and figured the one employee screwed up. Ok not a big deal yet the lady told me to verifiy my card again so I did. Then she told me they would deliever it by express which they said took 2-3 days, and surprise surprise it didn't show up. So I called again to see what the hell was going on turns out the verification failed some how which is really strange. I talked and explained to the guy what happened and he told me he would get the supervisor who get this tells me the most self contradicting, and perhaps the most idiotic thing I have ever heard. He told me since each item was a bogo deal item the black thrusday deal they had didn't apply even though he said you can enter as my promotional codes on their from what he said. Not only that the items I had on their to purchase turns out five or six of them they where out of stock even the the lady said they where shipping them.

They never sent me an email notice telling me that the order was declined or phone called me about it. This supervisor and this lady on the other line who works there deserves to be fired. I got a receipt for my order. They never told me it was canceled at all and I was wondering what the hell was going on. I may have not lossed my money, but their contradicion to their own policy and lieing about the shipping the lady told me was supposed to come to my house. This is completely unacceptable and I want something done about it.
