Spoke with Emile Sexton about doing some remodel work on a house I have. He gave me the song and dance about how he can handle everything and would have his guy meet with me at the house.
I met with Henry Kiner and went over everything. Again, got the song and dance about how they can do everything and get it done quick, etc. We agreed on price and time to get going. I was supposed to meet Henry and Home Depot to give him the check and he was going to purchase the supplies (I had already provided him a list of what materials I wanted to use). I waited and HD about 45 minutes until he called and said he was on his way. After speaking a little more he was headed to the wrong one (now I see that this was his plan all along).
We decided to meet elsewhere the following day. I met him, gave him the check ($9000) to get started and buy materials. After a couple of days I went by the house and saw that nothing had been done. After several calls to Henry, he explained that he was getting on it and just had some delays. This went on a few more days until he finally admitted he had some money problems. Said he was expecting a check from another job and would get on mine right away.
A few more days pass, and of course there's no more returned calls at this point. I sent emails to him and Emile that we would file charges if he didn't contact us. I finally got an email from Henry saying "sue me" and that was it.
Bottom line, Henry Kiner, Budson Construction, Emile Sexton - FinditFixitFlipit are all scams just looking for a check to run off with. BEWARE!

First let me say that it crushes me to see my name on a site like this! Listen, I understand Chris's frustaion and I would feel the same. By no means that I am one that Riff Off anyone. Here is the situation. My compnay is designed to help Investor with the properties. I am a Wholesaler as well and I member of several Investment clubs here in Houston. Henry Kiner told me that he remodeled homes. He presented to me his references and before and after pictures. I even went in saw the work he had done. I NEVER know about Chris giving Henry a check an that amount. Henry is the scam artist here and he used me to get to other Investors. I have been in communication with Chris trying to meet with him to see what I can do to help but he has decline several times, in which I understand.
I am a legit person that got used my a scam artist which has messed my life up. Henry Kiner has taken ($8,100) from me as well as ran off my project and left me to finish it with money I don't have because he took it all. I am a honest God fearing leader in the church, husband of 15 years, and have two beautiful sons. I would never play with anyone life like this because I believe that you will reap what you sow. This has been a very unfortunate situation!! Very Unfortunate!!!
