I, Tony Kellogg, of TLC Vending, was taken advantage of by American Vending aka 5 Star American Vending aka Buffalo Vending. In general the main man that stole from me was Daryl Chase.

The amount of $10,400 cash & possibly two fraudalent charges to one of my credit cards to a company called Freight Quote that are being investigated.

I am unable to contact any of the above mentioned companies due to all of the phone numbers constantly ring busy now and before nobody would return my messages. Also all of their websites are now closed down.

I had previously received correspondence stating that my money would be returned shortly but that is when I found out that the companies were no longer reacheable.

Will someone please help me! I am getting ready to loose my home and other belongings that are needed to keep my family healthy & safe.

Tony

It would seem the daryl has declared bankruptcy.

From the Buffalo News:

Buffalo News, The (NY)

Section: BUSINESS
Page: E-4

The following cases were filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Buffalo between March 24 and March 28, with assets, followed by liabilities. Chapter 7 bankruptcies are for liquidation of assets; Chapter 11 seeks temporary protection from creditors; Chapter 12 is a farm bankruptcy and Chapter 13 is a wage-earner bankruptcy.

Chase, Daryl J., officer, director and shareholder of Cyberworld Inc., American Vending Services, and American Coin-Op Services, 248 Greengage Circle, East Amherst, C-7, $153,180,
$341,123.

Hope that helps.
