BUFFALO WILD WINGS bad service. Oklahoma City Oklahoma
I had dinner at Buffalo wild wings about 2 weeks ago.
First of all the waitress forgot my drink i had to ask her twice! When trying to place my order she kept saying or making suggestions on side items I could not even complete my order with out her making a suggestion. Again I had to remind her i did not get my drink And it was just a soft drink. So after 15 minutes or so I had to ask her where my Salad was. The couple we had with us only got half of their order.
Then my friend says we had ordered two of the same dish is it coming any time soon? The waitress says no you just ordered one with the side dish. my friend told her NO we did not it was two. She looked at the ticket and sure enough their was two of the same menu item, so she went back to check on it. Finally my salad arrives it was made poorly. So another 15 minutes passes my friend says where is there order at? She said let me check on it. She walks off and starts talking to another waitress.
So after we got our food she presents the checks to us. I handed her my ticket and credit card. Our friend handed her their ticket and a 100$ bill. She goes to her Computer and puts our friend's ticket on my credit card she comes back over. My wife said you charged the wrong ticket to my husband's credit card! She said OH! My friend said did you ring ours up yet? She said you did not give me any money or a CC to charge it to.
She said YES I did that 100$ dollar bill in your hand is ours. She said OH ill be right back I will fix this. After 20 minutes she comes back with my ticket charged to my Credit card. But she never reversed the charge from the first charge. And I asked her to do that. so after 3 days on the phone with wild wings and my credit card company i finally got my money back.
I sent in a complaint and filled out a survey and I got no response from these lousy restaurants BUFFALO WILD WINGS.
I guess they do not care about the customers or the treatment or service they received. I will never go back again.
I spoke to a manager and explained it all to him, but he acted like he did not care what happened long as you paid and you and your party is leaving to free up the seating for more customers.
