My Dodge Viper was stalling some when I took it to Buford Auto Plaza (now known as Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep). They troubleshot the problem and damaged several parts during the process, but never found the root cause. I escalated the issue through the proper channels and never received a response, not even from the owner. I had to pay $300 to get my car out of their garage in a non-running condition. They gave me a box with all the parts they had destroyed. I had the car towed to another dealership that verified the damage that was done by Buford Auto Plaza. They also determined that the original problem was only a failing alternator. The bill to repair the Viper now came to $2500, not including the orginal $300. A new alternator installed should have only cost me $450. I followed up with the Better Business Bureau and they said that Buford Auto Plaza had many complaints but had never responded to any of them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE
