Complaint Review: Bug House Pest Control Of Lake Oconee

I have had worst problems with termites since I started with Bug House Pest Control than before I started with these crooks. I am using what they call Sentricon Baiting System, but I'm here to tell you...It does not work at all !! I had my home inspected by Bug House. They claimed they found no signs of termites, and then claimed to give me this really great deal on their Sentricon scam. Since I started with Bug House, I have started getting termites all throughout my garage. First they told me it was ants. Then this Dennis Mitchell came to my home after repeated calls requesting that it be checked again. He said that it was termites. When I asked why has the technicians been telling me it ws ants, he just chuckles and tells me about him being some kind of pastor. I asked him what kind of training does his technicians receive, and he changes the subject again.

Two months later I'm hanging shelves in my garage when my wall just starts crumbling. I tried to file a claim with Bug House since I have their Damage Contract, and now this Pastor Dennis Mitchell avoids my calls or never seems to be in the office when I go there. Now I get attitudes when I call the office from the office workers. They treat me like I'm the pest. All I want is what I paid for, and for the damage to be repaired.
At my own expense, I had a county inspector inspect my home. He found old and new termite damage and activity throughout my home. His report revealed so much, and I don't understand why did'nt Bug House find it. The county inspector told me that he has found more homes that had problems that could be seen easily if inspected properly, but for some reason they often go undetected by poorly trained inspectors. Needless to say that I'm very upset with Bug House. I would not refer any friends, family, or foe to these crooks.
