revolex was the termite protection company i had used to tent my home for termites and bought termite protection 'insurance' from them which was transferable to a new owner when i sold the home. when i called revolex to renew, i reached bug out (formerly master care)and was told they had bought revolex and they would renew my contract which provided for an inspection and treatment if necessary. i paid them over the phone with a credit card. when i sold the home and called bug out to do an inspection they at first made an appointment and later called me back to cancel and would not give me a good reason for cancelling and refusing to perform the inspection for which i had paid. i had 3+ months left on my contract so i asked for a refund since they refused to perform the services i paid for and they refused that also. the address on the contract is 1216 s. allec, anaheim, ca 92805. phone is 800-983-7648 and 714-808-8350. on the yelp.com site their address is listed as 2910 E La Palma Anaheim, CA 92806. on the contract their website is www.getthebugout.com
