Complaint Review: builders discount carpet/anso manfacturing

purchased carpet in may of 1999.went back to the company in about 15 months because my carpet looked sooo bad.after about 8 months was told the warrenty was not worth the paper it was written on..after filing a complaint with BBB and consumer affairs the owner finally heard of my problem and called me. He did finally come and look at carpet.was later told he only warrentied the installation. that was not what I was told at the time of purchase.I needed a company to advise me on the proper purchase for me and to up hold their product as promised. for 2 months having been waiting to hear form anso manfacturing on whether their warrenty merit has any merit.their tech's that came to my house to test the carpet said my carpet looked sub standard to what they were used to seeing.how does a consumer look/know how to purchase any product when you rwead /call do all the right things it still al comes back to a reputable company with intergity.thank you
