buildzoom dont refer competent contractors CEDAR RAPIDS Iowa
They say they stand behind their contractors so i thought i was safe hiring from their referal. WRONG! i had a shower tiled and and it was sloppy at best. then i found it was not installed properly. i am going to have to have it torn out and replaced at a cost of $3000. plust what i paid the contractor originally.
Buildzoom left me 1 voicemail that said they had trouble with their email and didnt get mine. i see someone else said the same thing. now they wont answer emails or phone calls. ive been trying for almost 2 weeks. do not use build zoom. save yourself the headache they dont stand behind anything. and as far as im concerned they dont have any idea about the people they refer.
