Complaint Review: Built Wright Design - Bryan Wright

Bryan Wright received contract for finishing a basement late July 2003. Bryan took downpayment, did 80% of framing work and requested 2nd installment of monies plus monies for additional electrical components and windows. Bryan Wright did not return to do any further work. Bryan deceived homeowner indicating that permits were applied for and were delayed, therefore delaying work. West Vincent Township Permit department never received any applications from Bryan Wright. Bryan Wright deceived homeowner as well as local police indicating that monies would be refunded as he would not be able to complete job. No monies have been refunded.

Electricial that was supposed to do my electrical in basement called looking for Bryan's address and phone # as Bryan ripped off the electrician on my neighbors job and never paid him.

Bryan Wright gets into the neighborhood, does a job or two well, gets the neighbors to recommend him to others and then he proceeds to rip-off other homeowners.

Bryan has called a few times claiming he is owed money by other contractors. He does this to abate the law. He know just how much money he can deceive out of, without local authorities pursuing him. Here he has deceived three home owners for a total of $13,000
