I purchased an email list of over 7,000 Offices Of Osteopathic Physicians The list they provided was only 6.6% physicians, the majority of the balance are investment firms. Their response was "We do not compile the data, it was purchased from the government and this is what they provided."
I have asked for a refund and they have refused.
