Complaint Review: BulkSupplements.Com

Yesterday, August 8, 2016 I ordered 1 Kilogram of Spurilina, and 1 Kilogram of Ginger Root Extract Powder for $61.92.  I immediately opened the packages and tasted them both.  The Spirulina taste wasn't high quality but I thought I'd use it.  I opened the Ginger Root Extract and took 2 Teaspoons.  It tastes like Chemicals with Vinegar in it?  I paid $30.96 just for the Ginger Root Extract. 

I posted 3 posts on their Website in protest as to what exactly this stuff is?  It isn't a quality ginger, it doesn't smell or taste like Ginger.  It is NOT EVEN HOT like GINGER.  What is this?  They never emailed me, nor posted my posts. 

So I called them 2 or 3 times.  She informed me that they will not REFUND me, it is their POLICY that if I send the product back, they'll only reimburse me for $11.00, the smallest amount that they sell.  She informed me to READ THEIR POLICY. 

I told her that I'm going to end up throwing this stuff in the trash, and that I'll purchase more high quality Ginger at PureBulk.Com and I'll report your business wherever I have opporturinty. 

She replied that this is our POLICY.  I said:  and this is MY POLICY
