Ordered refill toner for my printer from said company. After waiting the 5-7 days, I called business to get answering machine. After two weeks I finally got a human being and told him of the situation. He claimed they were in the middle of a move and would get back to me, which has not happened. It is close to a month later and after leaving messages everyday and emails with a copy of the bank statement showing the debit from their company I still have not heard a thing. The toner cost approx. $240.00
