We purchased a English Bulldog from Bulldogs FCI Kennel. When our dog reached 7 months old she began to lose her hair in spots. Mostly on her neck, face and front legs. However there were a few places on her back as well.

After having her skin scraped, at our Vet, he determined that she had Demodectic Mange. This mange is passed to puppies through the mothers milk. In most cases with treatment it is cureable but not always. A dog that has this passes it on to the offspring even if it is cured.

So animals that have this must not be bred. ALWAYS ASK FOR A GUANANTEE FOR THIS DISORDER WHEN PURCHASEING ANY TYPE OF DOG. EVEN IF YOU PURCHASE A DOG IN THE USA.

I notified the owner of Bulldogs FCI Kennel. I got no response back.
