See a copy of my letter to AMX that re-enforced and finalized my $3250. disputed from Bulldogs by the Beach dba Bulldogs NYC. This a long sad story about a person or persons WHO ARE STILL SELLING near dead dogs (Parvo, Ring Worm, Mange, Severe Ear Infections (not able to walk) that required costly care and 2 to 3 month strict quarantine.

Re: $3,250.00 dispute with Bull Dogs On The Beach, ALSO KNOWN AS: 1) Bulldogs NYC, 2) BSte Bay Area Bulldogs, 3) Bulldogs by the Beach, 4) Elite Bulldogs, 5) Puppy Elite Kennel, 6) PuppyElite.com, 7) New York Bulldogs, 8) NYC Bulldogs, 9) NY Brooklyn Bulldogs, 10) Bulldogs New York City, 11) Bulldogs R US, 12) EliteBully.com, 13) Steve Feldman Bulldogs, Dave Feldman, Chris Feldman, Robin Schulder (all the same person),14) Other alias names not discovered yet.

I bought Darla (referred to a Thurma by the seller) for a surprise Christmas present for my wife and as an companion to the bulldog we already. Instead of being a great experience, it's been a nightmare of having to quarantine the dogs from the first day we got and it seems there's no end to her sicknesses.

We dispute the entire charge for the following reasons:
A)We have received no paperwork that would indicate that the dog is not a mutt or is not inbread.
B)The dog sold us was not what it was represented to be and therefore is not worth what we paid.
C)The dog was received in a near death condition and had to be rushed to the emergency room.
D)We've had to have the dog in strict quarantine for the last 9 weeks in order to save it's life.
E)The Seller unwillingness to respond to our request to take the dog back within 14 days as per their stated policy.
F)Additional expenses we will incur to do unknown conditions based on amounts of money that other have had to pay out to save their dogs life.

A)We have received no paperwork that would indicate that the dog is not a mutt or is not inbread.

As you see by the array of aliases, we are dealing with professional seasoned criminals that run puppy mills. We know them only as Bulldogs NYC (BDNYC). Just the fact that they have over 20 disputes under more than 10 different alias names (see pages of complaints enclosed) listed on RipOffReport.com gives you insight to the integrity of the seller. (WE DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO Bulldogs on the Beach" IS! We have not knowingly signed any authorization for them to charge against our account. Our first contact with Bulldogs NYC was via a referral from a web site called NextDayDogs.com . The advertisement listed the dog as being of Champion Blood Lines and potential of being shown in a dog show, healthy, registered, and pedigreed, with current vaccinations with a micro chip installed. See attached proof showing the sister of our dog that was for sale at the same time).

To this point, we have not received one paper of any documentation that was promised to us verbally and in writing:
-Sale of Dogs and Cats Notice
-Information statement, completed and signed
-Disclosure of Animal Pedigree Registration, completed and signed
-Pedigree Registration Documents complete and signed
-Breed survey Report of the mother and father
-Proof of Certified Rabies Vaccinations
-Verifiable Health Records of any sort including but not limited to proof of:
-Being Wormed
-Having the following shot and vaccinations
-Distemper
-Adreno Virus #2
-Parain Fluenza
-Parvo Virus 3x
-Cor Onavirus

We have called BDNYC several times to try to find a remedy no avail.

B)The dog sold us was not what it was represented to be and therefore is not worth what we paid:

The price we paid for the dog was agreeable to me as long as the dog was what it was represented to me. That is a pedigreed purebred healthy bulldog that comes with all legal papers, verifiable health records and that has potential as a show dogs and has no birth defects so she could be bred safely. See attachment showing our dog's sister that was for sale at the same time and had the same ad as our dog. The original ad for our dog disappeared literally within 30 seconds of our purchase. Similar dogs without any documentation are for sale for less than $700.

C)The dog was received very sick, with a hacking cough, missing hair on her back, very lethargic, and literally not able to keep her balance, etc. and had to be rushed to the emergency room of our local veterinarian with Strong Positive for Parvo, extremely highly contagious severe Ring Worm, severe phlegm in her throat and possible mange.

Upon arrival, we rushed the dog to our local veterinarian and had the dog examined. The results were that she tested a Strong Positive for Parvo, obviously she had an obvious very highly contagious severe case of Ring (aka Round) Worm, severe phlegm in her throat and possible mange. She was prescribed a host of antibiotics and pain medication and was admitted to the hospital. We've had the dog back to the vet no less than once a week, and in some cases, 2 to 3 times a week for the past 9 weeks. We just took the dog to the vet yesterday and found that the ring worm is still present and that there are indicators for a case of Mange. Current blood tests show that still tests positive for Ring Worm and that the dog will have to remain quarantined for a minimum of 12 more days and maybe longer. Please see two photographs showing the Ring Worm after 9 weeks, that we took a few days ago.

D)We've had to have the dog in strict quarantine for the last weeks in order to save her life.

Because of the highly contagious nature of Ring Worm, that means that we've had to lock the dog up in a bathroom, install protection plastic and tarps, wear gloves and mask when we touch the dog, not allowing her in any other parts of our house, providing an exclusive area in our yard for the dog to defecate and not letting our other animals near that area for fear on contamination. She is not allowed to have any contact with our children, relatives, friends, our other 2 dogs and 2 cats, all the dogs linens (pads, collars, blankets, etc) have to be washed at least once a day. In checking with the vet, the cost to quarantine the dog would be approximately $55. per day times 45 days = $2,475.

E) Unknown conditions based on horror stories found on RipOffReports.com from many many others have experienced.

See reports from www.ripoffreport.com 1 through 18 showing and www.betterbusinessbureau.com revealing horror stories by others who have bought dogs from these criminals. We're seeing amount of $4,000 to $5,000 that others have had to spend to keep their dog alive We also seen cases where the dog has died.

We have tried everything in our power to contact NextDayDogs.com by sending them an email without response and Bulldogs of NYC who won't answer the phone when they see our phone number and won't return calls. Because of the reasons listed above and that fact that we are unable to work anything out with the seller because he won't communicate with us, we dispute the charges of a company that we didn't even know we were doing business with

We do not owe BDNYC any money, further we feel we are owed money by BDNYC.

PLEASE REVISE MY ORIGINAL REPORT AS FOLLOWS IF POSSIBLE:

The first sentence should have read:
BULLDOGS NYC - BULLDOGS BY THE BEACH - NEXTDAYDOGS.COM (Where We Found The Original Listing) - ELITE BULLDOGS - Chris Feldman - Steve Feldman - Dave Feldman And Other Alias' Not Discovered Yet BE AWARE: Sells Near Dead Dogs "with Parvo and Ring Worm", No Papers, No Vacines, No Morals Brooklyn New York

The last sentence would be more understandable if it read:
$3,250.00 less Value of Thurma without proof: ($2625.00) = $625.00 (for a comparable "Pet" Bulldogs with any papers), Cost of Vet Bills so far ($1,500.00), Cost of 24/7 Quarantine @ $55. per day ($2,475.00) ($3,350.00) Cost of Vet Bills until dog is healthy> Estimated ($2,000.00), leaving us being owed $5,350.00 by Bulldogs NYC, Kent Pasadena, California
U.S.A.

The bottom of the report should read:
