Ebay and Paypal may refund the money but that money is from the charges they make for each transaction. So its we the consumers that really pay while scum like Benjamin Goodson get off scott free.

I too recently got ripped off by bullgator. Bought some items on Ebay, they say they were shipped and delivered, but never actually delivered. This is a common problem with this seller apparently.. Been in talks with USPS and my carrier, they did not find anything and my carrier does not remember delivering a package to me. I scoured the internet and different resources trying to find information on Ben.. Called several numbers, and finally got a call back from another. He has several numbers that are just voice mail boxes, but I got a return call from an actual number. The number for him is 304-531-2067. If you have problems, give him a call. When I talked to him he did agree to send a replacement to me. If this happens or not, we'll see.

Another tactic Bullgator uses is that they "are having problems with there ebay account" and if you drop the paypal claim they can sent your items.
HA
Only when you recieve your items or refund do you cancel your claim.
