Complaint Review: Bullmarket French Bulldogs

From their website, Bullmarket french bulldogs make it seem like the are the best breeder out there, but nothing could be further from the truth. 

After putting down a deposit and waiting for 9 months I was informed that they wouldn't have any puppies available that year and that if I wanted I could wait until next year. So I did. Finally they had a litter born and I was sent photo of a small brindle puppy that looked severly malnourished. When I asked if that was the only puppy in the litter they said "No, but we think this one will be best suited for you, and the others ones are already reserved".  I previously informed Carol (the owner) that I wanted a fawn puppy, and she completely disregarder that. When I asked for my deposit back she refused and told me that if I didn't want the brindle puppy that my deposit is non-refundable. I informed her that I dont want to adopt a dog that looks sick and after that she completely ignored my emails/phone calls.

So I tried to arrange a visit, to which she responded. But after visiting their facilities I was convinced that all that they put up on their website is a lie. Their home was a hoarders dump, that is the best way to describe. All of their dogs were kept in small cages in the basement, with no natural light. The entire place smelled like feces and urine. 

I am shoked that a place like this is even allowed to operate. 

I never did get my money back BTW....
