Paid for some hats on there online store. Then a complete and total blackout. No shipment info, no communications and no responses after 5 attempts. I have reached out to them thru email and phone but they refuse to answer any of my correspondence. I checked MY CC account and they charged my card.
I also contacted the VA BBB and this company has a serious history of fraud with an "F" grade from the BBB.

The ONLY purpose of the BBB is to SELL their PHONY accreditations and PHONY ratings. Any business, good or bad, can BUY whatever "rating" they want. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body or law enforcement agency.
They deliberately refer to themselves as "the bureau" as a very calculated and planned deception so the public thinks they have some sort of powers. They have ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything. The phrase they use, "Start With Trust" certainly is applicable here. You cannot trust the BBB.
They cannot and will not help you. Their ONLY purpose is to SELL their PHONY accreditations and ratings. The whole legitimate business community knows this!!!
