Placed a down payment on a puppy and set up a meeting time on a puppy. When it was time, the puppy was ill. Waited another week. Puppy was still ill. Waited again and the puppy was still ill. Changed my mind and decided to give her another chance and went with a younger puppy. When the time came for delivery, the puppy was ill too.
I asked for a refund of my deposit. It was not returned. I asked for it again and no answer.
I lost $200. Did not even get a puppy.
