I purchased a pallet of like-new items from Bulq.com.  Many of the items were not like-new.  Bulq.com refunded money for many of the items that were not like-new.  A few days later I discovered two more items were not like-new and I contacted Bulq.com.  I was told by Bulq.com that since they settled the claim on the other items they do not refund money for newly discovered defective items.  The 2 items are worth nearlly $500 and were how I was going to break even on the nightmare purchase from Bulq.com.  Buyer beware if you do business with Bulq.com.

The five day company policy by Bulq.com is not a license to steal from their customers.  When I filed the initial dispute, I mentioned to the customer service representative at Bulq.com that because of the large number of items I may not be able to fully inspect everything within the 5 day period.  I was told by Bulq.com that their company would resolve any problems even after the 5 day period and would make things right. 

I am dissatisfied with the quality of merchandise/service received and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.  The credit card company has basically told me that the Bulq.com company policy does not give the company a license to steal from the consumers and does not protect Bulq.com. 

My only reason for writing this review and rebuttal is to allow other consumers to make an informed decision before purchasing products from Bulq.com.  I believe Bulq.com needs to rethink how they deal with their customers when legitimate problems occur.

To provide a bit more context to your experience, when a claim is filed for a pallet, we do require notice of all items that are in dispute on that particular pallet within five business days of receipt. This is so that we can ensure we are providing a proper refund for any discrepancies. In this case, as the claim on this pallet had already been processed and closed, we do not allow additional items to be disputed retroactively.
