I signed a contract with Bulwark Exterminating after the salesman assured me the chemicals used were safe and would not make anyone sick. He guarenteed that we would have no more problems with insects in our house.

The chemicals made people in the house very sick. We had to keep the windows open for a week in order for the sickening oder to go away.

Within a few days of their treatment, we had ants in several rooms of our house. Ant hills also came up all over the yard - over a dozen of them.

After speaking to an individual at Bulward and explaining the problem, he just kept saying I signed a contract and owed the money. It was not his concern that people were sick or that the treatment did not work.

Their web site talks about customer service, but it does not exist.

All products used by Bulwark fall within the caution level, making them less toxic then toothpaste. However, the products are based on chemical compounds found in the Chrysanthemum flower. Some individuals may be allergic to this flower or other ingredients in the products, therefore making them sensitive to the chemical compound. Just as peanuts may be safe for most of the population, peanuts are not safe for all of the population.

Bulwark is committed to keeping customers happy. If a customer of ours is not satisfied with the product or service provided then we will do all we can to satisfy the customer. If we can not make customer happy then we will honor our Money Back Guarantee as outlined on all of our Service agreements. In this case, the customer did not want to continue service so the service was canceled and the customer was not charged.

We would be happy to offer this customer an alternative solution. There are many methods we can employ to solve pest problems. There are other products we can offer. We are confident that we can solve any pest problem. In fact, we would be willing to extend a free trial program to this customer if they would like to try our service again.
