Complaint Review: Burdick Tire Mall - Mobile

Consumers beware - this is a place of business that cannot be trusted. During the winter of 2007-2008 we purchased 8 snow tires from this company for both of our vehicles.

The snow tires on one car were the wrong sized tires and one of the radial tires on the other vehicle was damaged when the snow tires were installed. Mr. Burdick, the owner, admitted to the damage at the time and said it wouldn't be a problem. However, in the spring the damaged tire's sidewall gave way placing me and my family at risk. He refused to accept responsibility for the damage done to my radial tire. He refused to meet with me to address this matter. He refused to respond to a letter showing valid receipts and statement from another tire company and to view the damaged tire.

Mr. Burdick's only response to date is his ability to hang up the phone on people.
