Bureau Of Asset Management threatening phone calls and false claims Anaheim California
I have recieved several calls from a Alexis Cruz.I do not dispute money owed to the credit card company but her tactics include flat out lies.
She has claimed that my wife and I will both be arrrested if this is not paid in full.My wife's name was never on the credit card.Ms. Cruz also claims on the phone call we recieved tonight that this now includes our property.
She has given at least 4 different phone numbers and the name of another company (Lehman?) and said she works for a lawyer.
Earlier today she called my wife at work and told the receptionist that she(Ms. Cruz) was with the sheriff's dept. and wanted to serve papers. These are just some of the stories she has given. She also said that she would only deal with our attorney if thay was our choice.

They also do business under Capitol Recoveries Inc., Credit Recoveries Inc, Bureau of Debt Management, and BDM online.
They Won't sue you. They don't have any attorneys. Don't give them a dime. They will threaten to sue, but it will never happen.
They have been successfully sued for FDCPA violations. They continue to break the FDCPA, and imagine they will be sued again and again.
