I recieved a letter signed by a "Paul Loukeds" of the so-called "Bureau of Public Relations/Large Opportunity Dispensation PR Office (West Coast Office),telling me i had an entitlement award of over $3.1 million dollars. Along with the letter was a form with all sorts of personal questions that it got me suspicous. At the end of the form he asks that i send 20 dollars for processing the form. Instead,i have notified the proper people at Rip-Off Report.com and i am hoping that they find this swindling thief who seems to be living off giving Las Vegas a bad name!
