Complaint Review: Burger King

2 weeks ago i went to this location because it is down the street from my doctor's office.  i ordered a chicken sandwich meal at the drive thru. when i got home i discovered they had messed up my order very badly.  i called the 800 number for customer service since no one ever answered the phons at this location.  i made my complaint known and was told my name would be on the list for a free chicken sandwich meal... after being out of town for a couple of weeks i went back to this location to get my replacement meal.  the girl at the drive thru window basicly told me i was a lair and wanted to know the manager's name i talked to.  then  i asked for the manager.

maria the mgr told me i was just trying to get something for nothing asccused me of fraud even.  and told me i was a liar because thier phones don't work and i could not have called and spoken to a manager.  i called the 800 number at the national headquarters because no one answered the phones here.  

maria told me they had no names on any list and called me a lair again!  i went home then called the 800 number again, they had my original complaint on file and had the district manager call me back.  he said he wolul give me 2 free chicken meals if i would go back to this location. i don't think so! they probably would have spit in my food due to the complaint.

so he told me to come to the store he is at. i did, and got 2 free meals. he said he would call maria and talk to her on her cell phone.  i wanted an apoligy from this woman and he told me she would not do that and that he was apoligzing for her and on the behalf of the company.

seems to me that they don't hold thier employees responsible for thier actions.   i will never return to this location again! and maria can " smooch my big black butt !"
