Burger King No enforcement of no-smoking statutes in their restaurant customers & staff smoke in all areas of diningroom Winchester Virginia

Staff of this restaurant demonstrates their adamant defiance to the state's no-smoking regulations by allowing staff and customers to smoke anywhere they chose in the dining areas of the restaurant. This problem has been continuing for 3 years now.

I will not dine in any of their establishments again as they demonstrate a contemptable arrogance in their blatant disregard for State regulations prohibiting smoking and their adamant stance taken when challenged.

I live here and they do allow smoking anywhere in the restaurants. I often get food packages that smell like cigarettes. Smokers don't realize how strong the scent is.

I see customers everywhere in the two BK here with the little foil ashtrays for smoking. The worse are the employees on breaks or their friends. They sit where they want and smoke. It happens when the manager on duty is a smoker.

A lot of fast food places have employees who think the restaurant is there for their benefit and comfort. They turn the music up loud so they can hear it in the back. They turn the heat down cause the cookers make it hot in the back. They turn the AC way up cause they are hot in the summer. They open when they feel like it cause they get to work late ir are lazy. Burger King here in Winchester is the worst. The one at Stephenson in particular. And they smoke.

I went there one Sunday morning and waited till the opening time posted in the window. About 15 minutes after that I tried the door but it was locked. One of the employees went in the back to talk to the manager and then came back and said we do not open til later. And that the sign on the door was wrong and needed to be changed. They already had 4 employees inthere. I went there next Sunday and they were open on time.

Hey, in both cases a McDonalds is not far away and they open on time and the place is clean.
