Store manager over praises the mexican workers, showing favortism to mexicans workers. Shorting the hours of white americans and giving the hours to other employees of the company. It's also being done in other burger kings in springdale, fayetteville, bentonville, arkansas.

I used to work for Burger King, and while we had no Mexicans working there, we had a woman from India, several from Africa and One asian... and they all worked just as hard, if not HARDER than myself (caucasian) and other 'whites' there.
If anything, I imagine the Mexicans earned that praise the hard way! I've worked for asians in the past, and I find them to be almost workaholics... very admirable in the ways of business, working and such.
I may not live in the states, but I do think that perhaps you should see how well the 'white americans' are doing up against their mexican counterparts. And are you so sure that those 'mexicans' aren't americans, or those 'white americans' aren't from another country? Remember that there are whites in almost every single country of the world! They could be the ones from mexico, and not the 'mexicans'.
