BURGER KING ' To-Go Window Idiots Give Me Wrong Order, Illegal Alien Manager Screams At Me, Internet

This morning I visited the drive-thru window of the Burger King located on the corner of Steubner-Airline Drive and FM 1960 West in Houston, Texas. They have a dollar breakfast menu. I clearly and with perfectly enunciated English spoke to a man over the loudspeaker, " TWO DOLLAR SAUSAGE WITH BISCUITS PLEASE". Not a difficult order at all. I paid for the items and left without checking the contents of the bag. Arriving at work, I discovered two biscuits minus the sausage.


During my lunch break I went back. I have never seen this particular manager before; she is short and speaks extremely broken English and at first I thought her to be a man. I explained how they had gotten my order wrong and I wanted restitution of some sort.  Instead of an "I am so sorry this happened", the correct response, this nut case began to ARGUE with me. She claims to have heard me place the order over the loudspeaker in her delusion of omniscience, and said I asked for only biscuits. Wrong. Ok, this is not the type of customer service anyone wants to put up with. I happen to speak Spanish and told her in no uncertain terms that I did not believe that she heard me place the order, and that her attitude was appalling. Long story short, this little pisher, who I know by instinct has to be an illegal alien working for Burger King, continues to argue with me, a customer. ????????????????????????


I assure you, I ordered two biscuits with sausage. That BC hires illegals is bad enough; what is worse is the aliens have become so bold that they challenge Americans openly and rudely. Where they come from is so lawless that they think this is the way to behave.


 I left her at the counter, and in Spanish told her I was going to call ICE ( Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who never answer the phone). Apparently I hit the spot......as I was pulling out of the parking lot, this pathetic creature stood outside of the restaurant, watching me. Of course the corporate office will hear about it but what will they do? Probably nothing.


Sad state of affairs for this country.

to the poster who said that when living in america you should know more than english. why? i was born here so why in the heck is it my responsibility to learn the language of the people who immigrate here? learn english or go back to where you came from.

To the person who called me a racist and an a-hole: I speak fluent Spanish and lived in Mexico for years, with a WORK PERMIT, legally. Get it? There is nothing 'racist' about disliking illegal aliens, no matter where they came from. Truth be told, the Mexicans hate us with vitriole that has to be experienced to be believed. Moreover, they and others from different countries, do not help our culture nor our economy. They exist to serve the wealthy, period, while millions of American citizens are jobless. If you approve of this state of affairs, then you must be employing, in some capacity, somebody illegal. It is a selfish and unpatriotic act to hire illegals. Burger King has obviously taken a nose dive, as evidenced by the many posts that echo my sentiments. Add one and one, if you can, to come up with the answer as to why.

I notice someone else posted, calling them 'subhuman dolts'...whaddya gonna say about that one, jizzwit?

I have had it with BK. There is one where I live in Daphne AL (Hwy 131 location) which I have frequented many times. At first I chaulked it up to being understaffed and undertrained, but I have come to realize that these sub-human dolts do not have the brainpower to comprehend the basic facts of customer service. The past three visits to the particular store have all ended with frustration and regret on my part. They are consistantly rude, uncaring morons. Now I do understand that they are paid minimum wage, but does that give anyone an excuse for not doing the job you are paid for? No. In each of the last visits the orders were blatently wrong. When I pointed this out to them it was, according to their attitude, my fault. In each instance the order was botched, I asked to speak to the manager, and each time I was basically dismissed as unimportant. No more. I will vote with my wallet. I have nine co-workers who also are sick and tired of the BS they get from the employees. They are pledging to no longer go there.

 

I am also reporting this particular unit to the local health board. The sad state of the unit in recent visits will not bode well with a health inspector.

Your receipt can prove your order. You seem like an extremely bigoted individual who feels entitled to bully. It appears that you have hypertension from eating too much sausage; switch to grapefruit.
