On Oct 12, 2009, Order # 29 store #15944 located in the corner of Richmonf and fontainview. visited this store to get the meals. Placed my order with JOSE, very profesional guy. My order took some time to be ready, when i got it, i didnt take a look of it, but when i got to my office i notice that my double wpr wasnt there. Start calling and fax tone came out, send a copy of the rcpt via fax and went back.


ANDREA was the manager, and she inmediatley jump, "I PUT IT IN THE BAG" even call the cashier JOSE and told him, "YOU SAW ME PUT IT THERE" wich was a lie, since JOSE was working in the cashier. The point is as a manager YOU ANDREA whatever is your last name, didnt put it and failed on customer service. I paid AGAIN for my double wopper because I am not a mediocre person like you, hope that you can eat it!.


It is a shame that you work for a great place like BK.


And one more thing, you ask JOSE to sign the rcpt order #29 because you are so coward and can take the responsability of your mistakes!!!! He did his job that was greet customers the right way.
