Well this is absolutely false! I have emailed them 7 times. They first responded and asked me for a picture of the item and how I would like to continue: exchange it for another of the saem item, different size etc.  I emailed them right back with a phot and told them I would like a refund. It took them a week to get back to me and then they asked again the same questions so I email back again and told them this is the second time I was answering the same questions. And its been radio silence ever since. I even emailed them and told them if I did not hear back from they within a week that I would fill out a ripoff report and find them everywhere on the internet and make sure everyone knows they do not represent themselves honestly. I called my bank and got the charge reversed so I am covered thank God!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
