Burlington Auto Outlet Craig Beck Horrible Company that takes advantage of people Burlington , Iowa
Burlington Auto Outlet sold us a vehicle and within the first few months, we've have had to take it to Deery Brothers to have stuff fixed on 3 separate occasions. We have paid well over $200 (& that's with the warranty) & they have had to fix everything from the axle to the transfer case, etc etc etc... We have already had one of the tires go flat as well. It apparently had a small leak when we bought it.
I'm so disgusted and would recommend NO ONE EVER DEAL WITH CRAIG BECK & BURLINGTON AUTO OUTLET. If we knew then, what we know now, we would most definitely bought our vehicle through JD Byrider. Coincidence that Burlington Auto Outlet is part of Deery Bros & you have to use Deery to get the crap vehicle they sold you at Burlington Auto Outlet serviced? I think not! Nothing like getting sold a junk vehicle and dumping money back into the pockets of the place that sold it to you!!
On the other hand, we had no issues with Deery Brothers service department, they were great!
Burlington Auto Outlet needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and we will most definitely be doing that as well as warning others of this horrible place.

So they lie about inspections, too? I guess another thing that doesn't shock me at this point.

Go to the search box on this site, type in JD Byrider, click "search". 'Nuff said.
Seriously, "bad credit" lots sell the worst cars from the local auto auction. They do this because people with bad credit never question anything about the deal. They also do not have the cars inspected by an independent mechanic before buying. If you don't do that, your chances of buying a car with problems are pretty good, no matter what lot you buy it from.
