Complaint Review: BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY

Have shopped at Burlington Coat Factory approximately once a month, but no longer. I can no longer tolerate the rude, arrogant and haughty attitudes of the check-out employees - the manager is the worst. Their usual pattern is to have six "check-out lanes, but only one open, but the employees are very busy socializing. Or they have several lane lights on.

But the customers are told that they are not open, get in another line. Customers are usually in one line, and told "to get back until called. On several occasions, I have talked to other customers about employees rudeness, this is a very common topic. I will now go elsewhere, pay alittle more and be treated as a valued customer.
