Also take note of the E fitness phone number as you are holding cause that is likely the next charge you will see on your account showing under Ecurves. They will act like they are not affiliated with them but they are.

They will claim you signed up over the phone or online and that you enrolled in their auto shipment and they cannot refund your money but insist you did not sign up and tell them you are returning back anything they shipped and you want to get a refund. I was told they would only refund if you send it back in a trackable manner that means UPS or USPS (return receipt requested) If you simply refuse or don't return it this way they will say they did not get it back. Once you have a notification it was delivered to them then call them back and demand the refund. Good Luck.

You are more likely to get help through your bank or credit card company but you still have to return it and make sure you have proof they received it. So they cannot rebuttal it.

These people are actually working from a call center in California and they are not the only ones. Alot of these people using this form of advertising are at call centers in California. I think either California has a law allowing this or does not have a law to protect the public from this.

The lab for this particular company is in Utah. But you call to California. I think its time we let the state of California know how we feel about this strong arm tactic of trying to strong arm and force us to buy a product. Let us all let the Attorney General of California know how we feel.
