Complaint Review: Burns Dave Plumbing and Draining Cleaning

Burns Dave Plumbing & Draining Cleaning Inc. overcharged my credit card for services they did not perform. They said they replaced Valve items on a sink, however that is not true, those parts were only 2 weeks old, they did not need replacement. They were supposed to only give an estimate, however they charges my credit card before getting authorization to do the work. There only worked for 30 minutes and charged for a couple. They could not break down there charges or provide me with parts they replace.
