Burnt Kerosene Blue Heelers BKBlueheelers, Jessica Witcraft , owner fromNew Braunfels Texas Has not been able to successfuly send the AKC papers for a dog I purchased in Sept 2013 New Braunfels Texas
I purchased a min blue heeler from Jessica in Sept. 2013 for $1250. According to the Puppy Contract I singed I had to fullfill two specific clauses in order to get the AKC papers. The first one was I had to have the puppy examend by a Vet within 48 hours and the report had to be fax back to within 24 hours. The second clause was that the puppy had to be nutured with in4 to 6 mo. and the report faxed to her within 24 hours.
I received my puppy on 10-26-2013 and the puppy was taken to the vet on 10-28-2013. Jessica confirmed by e-mail that she had received a copy of the vet report on 10-29-2913 (clause one -fullfilled)
On 02-10-14 Roscoe (puppy) is now 5mo. He was Neuter without incedent and recoverd by the end of the week. Jessica confirmed that she had received the proof of nurter papers from the vets that next day.
She said she would send out the papers that following week. Which was the week of Feb. 17th. I sent her an email around Feb 24 letting her know nothing arrived. She replied and said "give it a week" I send her an email the week of March 9th stating that I had yet to get any papers. On March 20th I get an e-mail saying the papers have be remailed.
I received an email from here stating "they have been mailed 2xs to your location. If you're not receiving you can come pick up a copy. Im not sure why your not receiving them but we have done everything we are supposed to"
I replied to here that a 6 hr drive one way was far from some papers. I asked her to send me the papers via Certified Mail and we will both know where the mail is going. I offered to pay fee for the Certified Mail once she sends me the track number.
She has not responded. I really like my puppy and Im not going to show him or breed him. However I did my 1250 for an AKC dog. It now is a matter of principal, respect and honor. If I was her I would send all my papers to the new owners by Certified Mail. and we wouldnt be in situation.

When you purchase your puppy and drove off... That was not the end of our relationship. Our relationship is for the life of the dog because we make commitment to EACH puppy for there entire life. Its my job to make sure you uphold your promise you made to that little baby and you may not like it.
We initially trusted you until your behavior got a little erratic.
You claimed to have never received the first 2 sets of paperwork we sent you and instead of waiting for the Kennel Club to send us a replacement you filed a report.
You can easily call AKC & NKC to verify our dogs are registered.
We do feel like your actions are cowardly as you were asked

AN update to my attempt to get this issue resolved with the owner of BURNT KEROSENES BLUE HEELERS (BK BLUE HEELERS) located in New Braunfels Texas, Jessica Witcraft has been unsuccessful. She is quick to respond to my request but her responses are how it was my fault she hasn’t sent the registration papers, to calling me a coward and uneducated, on one of her replies she stated because I was not dropping this issue that she felt the puppy was in a unsafe place and that she was going to be at my house the next day to remove the puppy, she said she would sit outside all day if she had to. Of course she never showed up. She finally said I need to pay $20 that was why she hadn’t sent the paper work (keep in mind she had been saying she sent the paper work twice already). So I agreed and I immediately paid the $20. And to my surprise 5 days later I received mail from her. I open up the envelope and find a certificate of registration from American Purebred Kennel Club which has an address in McQueeney Texas. I was shocked, this is the first time I heard of this APKC registration. In the puppy contract and agreement it specifically states that once she received the report from the vet stating that the puppy was in fact nurtured she would send the AKC, CKC, or NKC registration papers. I Goolged the name and nothing comes up in the search. I called the number on the certificate and got a voice mail. The person on the voice mail sounds like the voice on my voice mail from Jessica Witcraft. I look up the business name through the Texas Secretary of State (SOS) office where all businesses (Inc, LP, LLP, and DBA) that do business in the State of Texas are required to be registered. The search was empty.

Jess Ramirez why will you not answer your phone? You just keepy typing away on your computer but I have yet to get ONE phone call. I understand your conserns but I am 1 person who spends most of my days with my animals. Im not glued to the computer so please call me and Im sure this can be resolved! You have not sent in the $20 registration fee that the contract states. We are not really worried about that only there a papers missing and your not picking up your phone to resolve this! Im quite conserned about the puppy and this issue! I would love for you to call me!

Mrs. Witcraft I didn't respond to the last e-mail you sent me stating that ... You are going to give it's some time to see if you get either of the papers back. And that you're really not comfortable ordering another set. I don't have a choice but to wait. I'm not sure how long "some time" is, two weeks, a month, three months?

We emailed stating at Mon, Mar 31, 2014 at 9:29 AM "I'm going to give it's some time to see if I get either of the papers back. I'm really not comfortable ording another set. It's $25 each time." PLEASE SEE ATTATCHED PHOTOS
We have not heard a word from you to date after and we have more than tried to get you your paperwork. We are uncomfortable at this point with 2 sets of paperwork foating around for your puppy. That is the reason we are waiting to make sure they have not been used or stolden.
