Burt & Associates contacted us for a debt that we do not owe. When we refused to pay they keep threatening litigation. We have already paid this debt and will not pay double. They have continually gotten nasty and try to intimidate us into paying. They have called us harassing for a payment saying we must come to a settlement. Thomas Hubbard called us daily at one point until we stopped taking his calls. This was then taken over by R J Scott who didn't even put the company he was contacting us from name on his email signature. They are extremely rude and will not even discuss anything amicably. Instead they threaten and attempt to intimidate into paying.

We will not pay a debt that we do not owe. They will not even discuss this. We have proof in our bank account showing we don't owe this debt. They refuse to believe it and keep harassing us. They left me no choice but to file complaints on the internet. I am writing this to caution others to not fall for their strong arm tactics or threats.

I am an employee of the company Megan McCarrick is trying to slander. Her allegations are completely false. She is trying to slander our company name because she doesn't want to pay her company's bills. My client has bent over backwards to work with Core Tranz and they come up with one excuse after another to avoid their financial responsibility. It is a shame that Megan is resorting to internet slander. We will add to this rebuttal as it continues it's civil course.
