Bus For Sale .com John Spellings or Mike Palmer Sold me an RV that they did not own, had no legal right to sell. Liars, cheats, thieves, crooks! Goodlettsville, Tennessee
This Tennessee Truck/Bus dealer sells Buses, Trucks and RV's to poor unsuspecting people who don't know they are nothing but a scam, in my opinion. They sold me a 2004 Freightliner Columbia 45ft RV and they did not own it, did not have title to it and they knew it. I paid $143,000 for an RV I cannot ever get a title to. What's worse is I cannot even register it. It was also under water and they sold it to me anyway.
They now refuse to return my money or to make it right in any way or to help me get a title or registration. They do not even answer my emails. I am left with a pile of 53,000 lbs of worthless junk in my yard.
The State of TN is investigating this so called dealership, Busforsale.com for fraud. Buyer beware do not do business with this scam artist in TN.

This response is long overdue to this report.
First, let me say that if any pat of this report is correct then certainly we owe the writer an apology.
At Busforsale.com we have worked for nearly 20 years to build a reputation of integrity and customer service by going above and beyond our clients expectations. Any time we fail in that we take seriously our responsibility to correct our failures. We are a multi-generational family business with a long record of service in our community and are in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
The bus industry is a small community and reputation is everything, which is why reports like this are frustrating and of concern. It has been our great pleasure to serves the many thousands of customers who have been through our doors over the years and we look forward to many more to come.
